Our Return & Exchange Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. Your satisfaction means more to us than a cool drink on a hot desert day.
⚠️ Important Exceptions
Through analyzing our product categories and customer needs, we’ve identified that custom-made or personalized items from our Equine and Work categories cannot be returned or exchanged due to their specialized nature. These items are crafted specifically for you, just like a custom saddle fits only one rider.
The Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Within 15 days of receiving your order, fill out our Returns & Exchanges form below and email it to our customer service team.
Step 2: Wait for Approval
We’ll review your request faster than a jackrabbit on the run and send you a return authorization email within 2 business days.
Step 3: Ship Your Items
Pack your items securely in the original packaging and ship them to our returns address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your items, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
Condition Requirements
Items must be returned in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. They should be cleaner than a Sunday church shirt.
Refund Information
Refund Timing: Once we receive your return, please allow:
- Credit Card payments: 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
- PayPal payments: 3-5 business days for the refund to process
- JCB payments: 7-10 business days for international processing
Please Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are your responsibility unless we made an error.
Exchanges
Looking for a different size or style? We’ll process your exchange once we receive your return. If the exchange item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
